Ayushman Bharat Yojana List 2019 | Search Name in Ayushman Bharat Suchi 

Requirement: In order to View Ayushman Bharat Scheme list, you need to have access to a working mobile phone number. An OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to this number. Once you provide the correct OTP, you can proceed & check the list online. 

जरूरी : लिस्ट देखने के लिए एक चालू मोबाइल नंबर होना जरूरी है क्योंकि इस पर वन टाइम पासवर्ड ओटीपी भेजा जाएगा | सही ओटीपी भरने के बाद ही आगे की प्रक्रिया संपन्न कर पाएंगे 

Here are the Steps: 

First of All, Visit the Official Portal i.e. mera.pmjay.gov.in 

Once the Homepage opens up, Enter the Mobile Number & Captcha Code to Generate OTP 

Once the OTP is received, Enter it in the Space Provided and click on Submit to Login 

Once Logged in, You need to Select Your State or UT (Union Territory) 

Once Selected, select the “Search Criteria” i.e. “Search by Name”, “Search by Ration Card Number”, “Search by Mobile Number, “Search by RSBY URN” 

Select any of these options (The one with which you are comfortable) and Hit the Submit Button to get information 

आयुष्मान भारत योजना सूची 2019 नाम से सर्च करें 

सबसे पहले आयुष्मान भारत योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएं – mera.pmjay.gov.in 

जैसे ही पेज खुलेगा अपना मोबाइल नंबर और कैप्चा कोड डालकर “जेनरेट ओटीपी” पर क्लिक करें | 

जैसे ही आप के मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी आएगा से दिए गए स्थान में भर दे और सबमिट पर क्लिक करें | 

ऐसा करने से आप लॉग इन कर पाएंगे इसके बाद आपको अपना प्रदेश या केंद्र शासित प्रदेश का चुनाव करना होगा | 

अब आपको सूची में अपना नाम देखने के लिए आपको अपना नाम मोबाइल नंबर, राशन कार्ड नंबर, राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना नंबर, इनमें से किसी एक चीज का चुनाव करना होगा 

अगर आप अपना नाम सूची में खोजना चाहते हैं तो पहले ऑप्शन का चुनाव करें और मांगे जाने पर अपना नाम, अपने पिता-माता का नाम,अपनी उम्र, जनपद भर दे| फिर सर्च बटन पर क्लिक करें| अगर आप का नाम सूची में होगा तो जानकारी नीचे मिल जाएगी नहीं होने की स्थिति में भी आपको बता दिया जाएगा

In the “Select Category” Section, Select “Search by Name” 

Then Enter Your Name, Father’s & Mother’s Name, Age, District etc. 

Then Hit the Search Button 

If your Name Exists in the List, The Details will Appear
